Now that we are savouring the summer warmth, it’s only fitting that we celebrate with delectable fare to nibble on, stimulating conversation with food enthusiasts and chefs, sip on enchanting wines, and be entertained by talented musicians and singers at the annual Savour Stratford event.
Each year, people from all over North America make the trek to this romantic town for a delicious, two day award-winning food festival. From July 19-20, fill your tummy and your mind with engaging talks from food and wine experts.
On Day One, participate in memorable events such as an intimate luncheon with Top Chef Canada winner Chef Dale MacKay and Chef Derek Dammann; and in the evening, put your dancing shoes on for a toe tapping Perth County Hoot party! Sip on Ontario’s finest craft brews and devour some of the many tasty local eats.
On day two, wake up with Women in Food Breakfast, a celebration of women in various roles of the culinary and agriculture industries. Save your stomach for The Grand Tasting in the afternoon. You will enter a delightful garden party and feast on seasonal delicacies. Chat with chefs and get inspired from their dishes and passion for food.
