In the biggest annual Curve Ball gala to date, and having been witness to the last 3 myself, it’s easy to see why it keeps growing with 1,500 baseball fans in attendance this time.

It gives guests who are lucky enough to be able to get a ticket a rare opportunity to mingle with many of the Toronto Blue Jays (including Jose Bautista), coaches and alumni while wining and dining right on the baseball diamond where our home team plays.

The evening of April 11th started off differently this year on the mezzanine to a grand reception filled with games, a slow motion video booth and lots of great food.

Sportsnet’s Evanka Osmak and Jamie Campbell were the emcees as usual with a variety of performances including live music by singer Sean Jones.

After the special dinner on the field, guests were treated to Tim Horton’s table of goodies and even got to explore the Jays locker room, and treat themselves to a large candy booth on their way out.

It’s a baseball fan’s dream come true with baseball memorabilia, collectibles, autographs and photo ops.
