On October 27th, Eat to the Beat was once again held at Toronto’s Roy Thompson Hall. The 2015 edition of this foodie-lovers-dream event marks its 20th year. Since its inception, over $3.7 million has been raised for Willow Breast and Hereditary Cancer Support, a non-for-profit organization offering peer support for anyone coping with breast cancer.

LobstahPalooza 2015 is almost upon us! This is the third time Matt Dean Pettit – chef and co-owner of Rock Lobster Food Co restaurants and Matty’s Seafood Brands is holding this event. This time, it will be held on Sunday, September 27 from 1-8pm at El Gordo’s Backyard, 214 Augusta St in Kensington Market.

While the Pink Party in support of CBCF has been a top notch event with 800+ guests attending year after year, this year’s Pink Party 2015 was all about exclusivity as only about 350-450 lucky guests went to a mansion at a secret location in the Bridle Path.

With 30 chefs, 4 wineries, and 2 breweries, this year’s Recipe for Change event was a food lovers’ dream. Held at the St. Lawrence Market North Market, attendees had three hours to wine and dine, all in support of FoodShare‘s programs to raise food literacy and boost healthy food in schools.

The 19th edition of Eat to the Beat – held on October 21st at Roy Thompson Hall – had extra significance this year, as Willow Breast & Hereditary Cancer Support was also celebrating its 20th birthday. Eat to the Beat is an important fundraising and awareness event for Willow, having raised more than $3.5 million in the past twenty years.
