This Civic Holiday weekend featured another solid lineup at this year’s VELD Music Festival 2015 with big acts like Steve Aoki, A$AP Rocky, Nicky Romero, Kaskade and the return of Deadmau5, as one of the producers alongside LiveNation and INK Entertainment.
While it was my 3rd year attending, it was great vibes all around again. Emphasis this year was on safety, taking breaks and plenty of free water available.
With 30 EDM acts performing and 70,000 people at Downsview Park over the 2 days this past Civic holiday weekend, headliners included Above & Beyond, Kaskade, Dada Life, and Steve Angello. Deadmau5 ended the festivities with his grand finale performance.
The 2nd annual VELD Music festival hits Downsview Park this Civic Holiday long weekend. There’s only 50 VIP wristbands left with 65,000 to 70,000 people expected to attend this massive music festival.
