With the new revitalized Union Station, Amano Pasta is a great addition as the first full-service restaurant. Chef Michael Angeloni envisioned the restaurant concept since childhood while making pasta in his nonna’s basement. Similar to Angeloni, as a second generation half-Italian Canadian, the dishes are Italian while many of the ingredients are not.

Modus Ristorante launched their summer menu recently. Modus is an upscale Italian restaurant, located in the center of Financial District. Fitting for its location, along with its giant chandelier and textured wallpapers, the restaurant creates Italian classics with a touch of class.

Celina Blanchard, veteran restaurateur for over twenty years, took over the space after purchasing it from Alessandro Settimi (of the now shuttered Mad Italian Gelato).
