Calling all book lovers!  This Monday, November 9th, the Scotiabank Giller Prize shortlist authors will be onstage at Koerner Hall, offering Torontonians a rare glimpse inside their recent literary achievements.

This year kicked off for the first time ever “The Night is Yonge Busker Soiree” on August 19th, 2015 to start off Toronto International Buskerfest for Epilepsy Toronto at the exquisite Aperture Room in the heart of downtown Toronto. It’s already that time of year to experience a free night of art discovery across many wonderful locations across downtown Toronto for Scotiabank Nuit Blanche. With over 110 contemporary art projects representing the work of hundreds of artists in Toronto’s art community, it all takes place for one night only on Saturday, October 4th from 6:53 pm to sunrise.

As is the case every year, the Producers Ball is known to kick off the annual TIFF celebrations at the Royal Ontario Museum bringing out a fair share of TIFF directors, stars and, of course, producers. Last night it was a circus-themed soiree complete with circus acts, contortionists, ice cream from Sweet Sammies and even fun cocktails topped with cotton candy garnish.

Kicking off the wonderful, crowd-pleasing Scotiabank Buskerfest, the 6th annual Buskerball charity gala was held once again at the Mattamy Athletic Centre on August 19th, 2014.

Dubbed as the unofficial annual kickoff to TIFF, the Producers Ball celebrates Canadian producers, their talents and their work in film, TV and multimedia production with a charity gala in support of World Vision Canada at the ROM this year.
