What are you doing this Halloween? If you’re looking for something fun and out of the ordinary, here’s some news for you – Evil Dead – The Musical is returning to Toronto at the Randolph Theatre, for a limited, 13 performance engagement.

With the summer already half way through, and you’re left to wonder what else to do in the city, why not take advantage of the warm weather and head outdoors to High Park for some theatre action. Shakespeare in High Park returned this summer with a double-bill, As You Like It and Titus Andronicus at the High Park Amphitheatre (1873 Bloor St. W.).

The 2014 SummerWorks Performance Festival kicks off with a two-part bash at the historic Campbell House (160 Queen St. W.) on June 6th. The back-to-back events begins with The SummerWorks Exclusive (6:30 – 9:00pm), where the festival’s lineup will be announced, as well as a special appearance by Suits’ Patrick J. Adams. The night ends with the festival’s official Launch Party & Fundraiser.

The musical based on the cult classic Sam Raimi film is back and special performances have been slated for Halloween today (October 31) at 7 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.. If you dare, be sure to sit in the Splatter Zone, the ultimate destination for flying limbs, rolling heads and gushing blood.
