Summer’s almost gone, the kids are going back to school next week and that means it’s time to visit the CNE this Labour Day Weekend. And here’s some other attractions to check out as well to make the most out of your summer.

CNE International Air Show
The popular CNE Air Show is on at the Exhibition all weekend from 12-3 pm. For more details about it visit and Also check out the food, of course.

Cirque du Soleil Varekai

Samsung Home Innovation Showroom

Interested in checking out the latest in home appliance design and technology? The Samsung Home Innovation Showroom is now open at 435 King St. W., seven days a week until September 25th. On September 1st, celebrity designer and HGTV host Genevieve Gorder visited to celebrate the opening. Highlights include three different kitchens – the incredibly sexy Black Stainless Steel Kitchen, an Innovation Kitchen showcasing the latest in kitchen tech, and the Chef Collection Kitchen developed in collaboration with Michelin Star chefs. On weekends, local chef Kathleen Mackintosh is on hand to deliver a “Farm Fresh Experience”. You can also check out the latest in televisions, speakers, laundry appliances, and vacuums.

Check out the large Andy Warhol collection now. Open Tuesdays through Sundays from 10am to 8pm until December 31, 2015. Admission is $10 for adults with kids under 5 free.

ROM Pompeii

The Pompeii exhibition at the ROM is on, so don’t miss out on seeing how Mount Vesuvius changed Roman history almost 2,000 years ago.

Picturing the Americas at AGO
The Art Gallery of Ontario is open this Saturday & Sunday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. but closed on Monday.

Fan Expo 2015

The end of summer means it’s almost the end of another season of the hottest place to be, Cabana Pool Bar. Today is “So Long Saturdays”, the last Cabana Saturday this summer.
