Pairing two Italian uber-luxury brands together in one cocktail party is no small feat. For those seeking the finest things that Toronto has to offer, an evening at the Maserati of Toronto showroom with fine cars and fine Bulgari watches should be pretty standard, if you have the dough, to say the least.
The Maserati of Toronto managers, Robert Vacca, Angela Coratti alongside Bulgari Corporation of America’s Nathalie Diamantis and Heather Schneider were on hand to discuss the subtle details of the product offerings of each of the high-end brands.
There were about a dozen Bulgari timepieces on display from the Daniel Roth and Gerald Genta collections but the evening’s masterpiece was the Bulgari Octo Maserati Special Edition which features a sapphire caseback bearing the Maserati trident emblem. It’s a 45mm sporty timepiece with unique intricacies including a jumping hour with the hour displayed on the window at 12 o’clock. Powering the dial is a Bulgari caliber GG 7800, made by Bulgari’s Swiss workshop in Le Sentier, famous for their watch-making heritage. Overall it’s fascinating to see what constitutes the best
Kudos to Marco and Giorgio Bandiera of Bandiera Jewellers for bringing this exquisite event together.
