At this season’s World MasterCard Fashion Week, one of the many outstanding shows was Farley Chatto’s “Far and Away” Winter Collection 2014 featuring lavish and luxuriously thick furs.
The mix of textures and colours were tastefully bold yet subdued enough to be classic and timeless.
I especially loved the use of fur accented with various hints of metallic and also as part of formal wear (hello, fur bowties).
The luxury furs in the collection include mink, fox and chinchilla starting from $4,000 all the way up to $20,000.
Great to see our own forever-fabulous Canadian supermodel, Stacey McKenzie, start and end the show, especially in that corset at the end.
Also a shout out to friends spotted on the runway: Ksenia and Ben LeFevre who both looked smashing.
Also Farley Chatto revealed that he dresses Toronto’s own superstar, Drake, including the recent stint on Saturday Night Live where he was the host and musical guest wearing silver fox fur. Source: Global News
