Last week Toronto’s finest gathered to fête YSL’s Black Opium fragrance as the Story’s Building played host to the beauty brand’s BLACKOUT party.
Guests sipped signature glowing drinks, danced under neon lights, and the venue had fittingly been converted to covered windows, LED lights and large screens playing YSL’s latest campaign on a loop.
With a makeover station, photo booth and a wide assortment of inspired hors d’oeuvres, extravagance was at an all time high.
From the party’s tagline, “What’s stopping you?” it was clear the BLACKOUT party was all about indulging in ones dark and guilty pleasures.
The night kicked into high gear when celebrity DJ Alexandra Richards (daughter of Patti Hansen and Keith Richards) took over the decks from Toronto based DJ Lissa Monet.
