It was a star-studded evening for CAFA’s biggest gala yet in their 3rd iteration of the annual Canadian Arts and Fashion Awards gala celebrating achievements in fashion. Guests included Madame Sophie Grégoire-Trudeau, Coco Rocha, Kim Cattrall, Elle Macpherson, and Karlie Kloss.

The fashionable awards gala was held on Friday, April 15th once again at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel filled with glamorously attired guests.

Karlie Kloss wore a glitzy custom Joe Fresh dress. Coco Rocha wore a dress from her own new CO+CO collection in which the FW16 just debut earlier that week at Soho Hotel. And Elle Macpherson looked stunning in her black strapless gown.

Big winners included UNTTLD, Jason Wu, Herieth Paul and The Coveteur. Greta Constantine won for Women’s Wear who recently celebrated their 10th anniversary at Casa Loma.

For me, a highlight of any top gala is always what Jenna is going to wear. Last year being a stunning, elegant red Mikael D evening dress with a large train. This year Jenna was just as stunning in a navy blue Stephan Caras.

And any decent awards gala has an after party to let loose. This after party hosted by Kardinal Offishall and sponsored by Sephora was definitely top notch. Even Coco Rocha had to get her stamp to get access.

I think it’s pretty safe to say that CAFA was another top annual event, just like last year. Congrats to all the winners and everyone involved in celebrating Canadian fashion!
