The Canadian Stage held their annual fundraising gala, Theatre Ball on March at the Arcadian Court. The evening celebrates and raises funds for the Canadian Stage’s vision of theatre, music, dance and visual arts.
Guests mingled and dressed for the fine occasion at the cocktail reception.

Then following the reception guests were ushered to the dining room where New York’s Taylor Mac came out in drag and put on a rousing, intimate performance captivating the whole room including making everyone stand and hug someone. In fact, everyone had to hug someone of the same gender beside them. It’s all about love.
Taylor Mac then got Mayor John Tory to pose for photos John Tory to kiss him. It was a great moment.

Then there was as 3 course dinner followed by dancing on the dance floor to the tunes of Maylee Todd.
