In celebration of the Starlight Children’s Foundation’s 20th Starlight Gala, this year’s fundraising gala theme was the “Roaring Twenties”, a prohibition-themed affair at the Fairmont Royal York complete with plenty of entertainment, flapper dresses, feathers and pearl necklaces, decor and a speakeasy after party including a casino and a giant cage.
Hosted by ET Canada’s Rick Campanelli, the evening raised $500,000 for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
We heard heartfelt speeches including young parents who tragically lost their child but were helped by the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
Musical entertainment included a soulful performance by Divine Brown as well as Starlight Children.
Funds from the annual Starlight Gala support in and out of hospital programming for kids most in need including Comfort Kits, Hospital Grants, Fun Centres and “Day Brighteners” such as fun, special outings and musical events.

The Starlight Gala is always one of the biggest and best charity galas in Toronto supporting the kids most in need and we’re always glad to help support it. Check out our photos from Starlight Gala 2014 and Starlight Gala 2013.
