Presented by Weizmann Canada’s Women and Science committee, the annual event celebrates and inspires through an accomplished panel of women from various industries.

This year’s panel included the following

  • Joey Adler who has been involved in the ONExONE charity foundation and Diesel Canada brand
  • Suzanne Boyd, Editor-in-Chief of Zoomer Magazine
  • Louise Pitre, actress and musician
  • Dr. Rina Rosenzweig, who works at Weizmann Institute of Science in the Department of Structural Biology

Hosted by Carole MacNeil (CBC News Network), the event took place outdoors at Casa Loma’s Glass Pavilion once again.

There were inspiring stories from each of the panel speakers as they spoke from personal perspectives about overcoming obstacles to get to where they are now.

Following the panel discussion and Q&A was a dessert reception and book signing in the exquisite Conservatory of Casa Loma.

Attendees included Amanda Brugel, actress, as well as stars from Real Housewives of Toronto and Victoria Baldesarra from Family Channel’s The Next Step.
