Mediterranean flavours and inspiration are abound at the colourful 4th floor of the private members club, Clio on King West.

Crowd pleasing appetizers include truffle fries and tuna tartare, perfect for hot summers paired with refreshing cocktails.

As you would expect from King West and INK Events hospitality throughout Toronto (and Miami), cocktails are a focus with signature cocktails infused with flavours like passion fruit, citrus, pineapple and aromatic herbs. We tried the “ASTRA” cocktail featuring Belvedere vodka, vanilla, passion fruit, lychee, and prosecco. It’s served strained into a chilled coupe glass, vibrant and visually stunning foamy concoction, exhibiting a golden-orange hue reminiscent of a picturesque sunrise over the Mediterranean Sea. Garnishing with an open faced passion fruit is an exotic trend we can get behind.

Desserts on the menu are decadent and photo worthy. Just take a look at the layers of the Blueberry Kataifi Cheesecake puff pastry with layers of texture between the creamy cheesecake. I paired it with an Americano black to sip on.
