After much waited anticipation, Cactus Club Cafe, known for their casual fine dining, reveals exciting news! Their newest in North York will open in the upcoming year!

Nestled in the bustling corner of Yonge Sheppard Centre, the 33rd location of the rapidly expanding chain spans a sprawling 14,000 square feet, boasting a dynamic ensemble of spaces including a lounge, dining room, and an all-season patio, that can host 306 guests. Embracing a vision of community, this location aims to become a beloved destination where visitors will experience their cuisine all year-round, lunchtime to late night hours.

The lounge will be embossed with granite, and will be able to seat 110 people with botany separating the spaces throughout. They also plan on putting the oval bar along the outer edge facing Yonge Street, with Bocci lighting hanging from the ceiling, and five television displays.

One of the most breath-taking works-in-progress is their patio, which faces Yonge Street and spans the outer perimeter of the restaurant. It will be open year-round, where the space will be protected from the elements.

The dining room will feature tiered seating, sumptuous brown leather booths, and interior sunshades for ample lighting. Accessibility is a priority, with fully accessible facilities and a dedicated universal washroom ensuring inclusivity for all guests.

A spacious kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment including rational ovens, a dedicated sushi station, and multiple fryers, will be led by “Red Seal” certified Executive Chef Greg McCallum.

See the photos for our hard hat tour of the space as of April 2024. Stay tuned for the official opening date!
