Last night I witnessed a rare Canadian appearance of award-winning celebrity fashion designer, Zac Posen. Apparently it had been 10 years since his last visit and it was his first runway show ever in Canada.

"Cochinita Pibil" with Southern style pork butt in ahciote and orange juice marinade, roasted in banana leaves, pulled and served with fried plantains, pickled red onions and salsa Pancho (habaneros, tomatillo, serrano salsa)
