Montecito has launched their new Farm-To-Table brunch buffet experience. You can enjoy it every Sunday from 11am to 3pm for $39 per person.

On a beautiful, winter Saturday morning, we ventured to Cresta, right across from the world-famous St. Lawrence Market. Formerly Pastizza up until last November, it is named after the iconic Cresta Ridge vineyards in California, and hopes to bring the casual California vibe to its innovative Italian menu, more befitting of its surrounding neighbourhood. On this day we came for brunch – a favourite weekend activity of many Torontonians.

You probably already know that Portland Variety does breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between, and that recently it introduced its new winter menu. Now, you’ve got yet another reason to visit as Portland Variety introduces weekday brunch.

Torontonians, myself included, seem to have a love for brunch. We love sleeping in on Sunday mornings, and then having a satisfying meal that’s both breakfast and lunch (how efficient!). It wasn’t long ago that we visited Yorkville‘s Kasa Moto for dinner and last Sunday we visited again to see what Kasa Moto is offering for brunch-loving crowd.

Cibo Yorkville is the newest Italian restaurant in the Yorkville area, publicly opened in October 16, 2015 and created by Liberty Entertainment Group. Best of Toronto was lucky to be hired to photograph the recent opening of Cibo Yonge and now also the latest Cibo Wine Bar on Yorkville. This will be joined by a 2nd Cibo Wine Bar location in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

From Chase Hospitality Group, owners of The Chase, Little Fin, and Colette Grand Café, comes Yorkville’s newest hotspot, the Japanese-themed Kasa Moto. Situated where Remy’s stood for 26 years, the space has been transformed into a chic, contemporary space. On September 25th, we had the opportunity to join a Kasa Moto dinner party to sample some of their food and drink offerings, and checkout the new space.
