Alden & Wyatt Booth are the brothers behind the storefront of innovative salads, bowls, and the smoothies of Hopscotch. Their recipes feature unique combinations of superfoods – like kale, walnuts, and wheat berries – mixed in with a delicious blend of homemade dressings. Some menu items are dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free, which cater to a healthier lifestyle.
