Running seems to be the ‘it’ sport in Toronto this year. So many are talking about training for at least one race this season, which is great because many of the runs benefit a great cause. If you’ve already signed up for a run or are interested in partaking, there’s a unique running experience right around the corner: Red Bull’s, one-of-a-kind, Wings for Life World Run on May 3rd 2015 in Niagara Falls. Registration closes on April 28th!

After watching the dazzling equestrian show, Odysseo, I met up with friends to dine at The Keg on Esplanade. It’s a short, easy drive (or cab ride) from the big white tents at the Port Lands along Lake Shore Road. Parking is also easy at the large parking lot near St. Lawrence Market.

(Don’t forget our amazing Cavalia + Keg giveaway ends tomorrow!)

To celebrate the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge smartphones, Samsung brought out England’s indie rock band, Alt-J.

It was a rocking full house on the evening of April 9th at the Sound Academy with great eats by Parts & Labour Catering as well as feature Samsung S6 cocktails.

Young or old, wealthy or poor, artists, athletes, bankers or high school kids, everyone knows them and, nearly everyone has, or will, at least once in a lifetime, own a pair of these. What makes these shoes so special?

The new Barre3 exercise studio combines controlled pilates and yoga movements, concentrating on major muscle groups including legs, shoulders, arms, and core.

Initially a Portland, Oregon based studio, they opened the first Canadian location in Toronto a couple of months ago on the second floor at 325 King St. West (across from the TIFF Bell Lightbox).
