The 2nd annual Right to Play Charity Ball brought in a ton of celebrities in support of “Right to Play”, dubbed one of Canada’s fastest growing international humanitarian organizations. The Right to Play Ball was founded by Glen Baxter, fashion television journalist, host of CTV’s In Fashion, and just an all-round nice guy. To start off Melanoma Awareness month in May, the David Cornfield Melanoma Fund held their annual event on May 1st, 2013. This year it was at the Six Degrees Event Centre in midtown Toronto. The annual POGO Gala held in support of children with cancer was held on April 20th, 2013 at the Liberty Grand.
