This last Saturday April 2nd marks the 5th annual sold out Memory Ball in support of “kicking Alzheimer’s in the ass”! It took place once again at the Palais Royale venue by Lake Ontario. What an incredible evening of cocktails, socializing, and partying for a great charitable cause.

Last night it was another sold-out Memory Ball in its 3rd annual fundraising party with young partygoers partying in support of Alzheimer’s Toronto at Andrew Richard Designs.

It was an extraordinary 12th annual chic charity gala hosted by the Scrubs in the City committee. At the entrance of the Evergreen Brickworks, the charismatic Yosvani Castañeda, setting the mood with his violin. The 2nd annual Right to Play Charity Ball brought in a ton of celebrities in support of “Right to Play”, dubbed one of Canada’s fastest growing international humanitarian organizations. The Right to Play Ball was founded by Glen Baxter, fashion television journalist, host of CTV’s In Fashion, and just an all-round nice guy. On May 7, 2012, The David Cornfield Melanoma Fund (DCMF) hosted a fundraising gala with a silent auction at the Liberty Grand.  The annual event aims to promote awareness of the potentially deadly skin cancer.  Heartfelt speeches were given and David Cornfield’s legacy was remembered.  Also it was a celebration of their successfully viral video “Dear 16 Year Old Me” copied below (please take a few minutes to watch and share).  A $10,000 cheque was presented from DCMF to the…
