The 28th annual Teddy Bear Affair in support of Children’s Aid Foundation was a night of ‘la dolce vita’. The Metro Toronto Convention Centre was transformed into a splendid Italian piazza, adorned in a panorama of Italian decadence and elegance.
I didn’t get a chance to stay long at this weekend’s FanExpo Canada – basically just in and out, but I was able to snap some cosplay photos of Deadpool, Ms Deadpool and Harley Quinn and a couple others.

The Interior Design Show kicked off their 15th annual show with an impressively large opening party taking over the entire Metro Convention Centre’s North Building. Food stations, drink and cocktail booths were scattered throughout the exhibition floor, providing an exclusive and fun way to explore the show. This year’s annual Teddy Bear Affair had the theme of 1920’s era Paris, France in a decade known by many as “LES ANNÉES FOLLES” or the Roaring Twenties. The theme drew influences from Woody Allen’s Midnight in Paris and the Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgterald.
