Already having 25 years of hospitality experience and a portfolio of 11 restaurants including Auberge du Pommier and Canoe, Oliver & Bonacini has officially launched O&B Caters, which is their “Direct-to-Venue” service.
O&B Caters will deliver their exceptional cuisine and service anywhere in the GTA. This is great news for event planners planning events big or small who are looking for a reputable brand to bestow their trust upon. I think that the execution of catering service is one of the most important factors that can mean the difference between an event’s success or failure.
I was lucky to attend the intimate launch of this new offering which took place at the headquarters of floral decor specialists, Jackie O, in Liberty Village. The friendly staff at O&B Caters showcased a variety of exceptional dishes including deconstructed poutine, tender short ribs, pear & fennel salad (pictured above) and a build-your-own Caesar station which included toppings such as pepperettes and slices of bacon. I really enjoyed that pear and fennel salad which tasted as good as it looked with textures upon textures of flavour. Everything was top-notch as expected from O&B.
“O&B Caters honours the culinary excellence and innovation that Oliver & Bonacini is known for, by creating an impeccable and stylish food and event experience anywhere a client chooses,” says Jamie Meireles, Corporate Chef of Oliver & Bonacini Events. “We have already delivered several memorable private events, ranging from corporate meetings to weddings, birthday parties and anniversary celebrations.”
