An elegant poolside party hosted by Grey Goose Vodka was held at a private residence in Forest Hill area on June 3rd, getting guests into the spirit of a “summer soiree”.

In the bustling downtown city life, we find ourselves with less and less free time and nothing is worse in this day and age where we expect everything instantly but juxtaposed with the all-too-real reality that we have to wait endlessly for that cup of coffee or that quick work lunch.

As we mentioned in our Top Upcoming Summer Music Festivals, it was worth the short trip to Kitchener for Day 2 on a cold rainy day to see Benny Benassi and Diplo on Sunday, May 31st, 2015 for the first Ever After Fest.

The rain was unrelenting throughout most of the day and EDM fans wore ponchos and rain boots yet were in good spirits as young, hardcore music fans are.

The inaugural Parachute Gala went off with a bang, bringing out plenty of Canadian star power including the one and only Canadian funny man, Martin Short, and even The Great One, Wayne Gretzky, himself on May 20th, 2015 at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel. More rare Canadian appearances included Jason Priestley, Deborah Cox, Lawrence Gowan (STYX) and new Toronto Police Chief, Mark Saunders.
