The long awaited arrival of Vancouver based Cactus Club has recently opened its doors after much anticipation in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District. They brought with them the West Coast vibe, excellent customer service and a global culinary cuisine led by Rob Feenie, Canada’s first Iron Chef America champion by defeating chef Masaharu Morimoto.

Cîroc celebrated the Toronto launch of their Ultra Premium Vodka in style with Cîroc sails on the water, water jet pack performances and custom shoes from designer label, Sully Wong. Cabana Pool Bar was painted in vivid blue and metallics silver for the occasion.

With international experience in tow, hair stylist, Félor Davachi celebrated the grand opening of her new venture, Salon Davachi in Yorkville on Thursday Aug 13th, 2015.

Lawn Summer Nights, a fun, social lawn bowling tourney and fundraiser in support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada, celebrated its last game of the season.

Held at the Leaside Lawn Bowling Club on Thurs. July 23rd, the event which sold out in a matter of minutes was filled with young professionals under a social atmosphere and beautiful weather.

The popular LUCKYRICE Festival came to Toronto bringing us a satisfyingly exotic and thirst-quenching event, LUCKYRICE Toronto Cocktail Feast sponsored by Bombay Sapphire East. The event aims to showcase the best in Asian-inspired cocktails from some of the most popular restaurants in the city – R&D Spadina, Blowfish, Soho House, The Good Son, Miller Tavern, Brassaii, and Bent among others. We were treated to exclusive cocktails prepared by some of Toronto’s top mixologists.

With the Pride parade happening the same week among other celebrations in the gay community, Elton John’s partner David Furnish was in town to launch the PILL XXV, a jewellery collection by Tateossian which benefits the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
