Last night was the kick-off of the series of Friday Nights Live @ROM (The Royal Ontario Museum, of course) with a different theme each week featuring DJs, pop-up food and bars. On April 17th, we were treated to 2 choices of signature Perrier cocktails at the trendy, newish Bloke and 4th at King West.  Cocktail No. 01 (Tangerine Mojito) was Bacardi rum-based and featured a whole, peeled tangerine dipped in liquid nitrogen. Last week the Stirling Room in the Distillery District hosted an open house gala event to showcase their cocktails created by The Martini Club and a select few caterers featuring delicious treats such as gazpacho, oysters, fried chicken on waffles and cupcakes.
