For two days, on June 18 and 19, Perrier Canada held its Pop Up with Perrier event, transforming the space at the Burroughes at Queen West into “the first adult playground of its kind.”
On April 17th, we were treated to 2 choices of signature Perrier cocktails at the trendy, newish Bloke and 4th at King West. Cocktail No. 01 (Tangerine Mojito) was Bacardi rum-based and featured a whole, peeled tangerine dipped in liquid nitrogen. Cocktail No. 07 (Blood-Orange Vodka) a Grey Goose Vodka based drink with blood-orange juice and generous amounts of rosemary.
