It’s incredibly refreshing and inspirational to be reminded of the hidden gems that may be right around the corner from your home or office. The best way to find out, is to see your community from the eyes of a newcomer or tourist, who’s more likely to wonder, explore and try new things.
It was perfect weather for the first official day of summer on Sunday June 21st, which was also the final day for the annual Polo for Heart 2015 games at the Toronto Polo Club, with Canada vs. Ireland. I was excited to go , not only because I’d never had the chance before, but also to take in the duchess-like ‘street’ style, and dapper men’s sartorial suits, as polo is known as “the sport of kings.”
