The Rally Gallery on Ossington was beautifully illuminated with fashion-inspiration as the sun set on October 4th, for an intimate gathering to celebrate a special Toronto edition of Cabinet Éphémère. Guests were treated to cocktails and appetizers at the exclusive VIP reception, to kick-off the four day pop-up event hosted by media personality and fashion ambassador Glen Baxter.
Season after season Mackage is always a sought after show during fashion week. The after party for the luxury outerwear brand was held at a secret location. And for many it was tough staying up late on a weekday (including myself!) when the after party started but for supporters of Mackage it was definitely worth it … and the limo ride certainly helped.
“The better you dress – the WORSE you can behave” – was one of the closing lines in an email Jay Strut sent a few weeks before Toronto Fashion Week outlining his plans to host a week of events this season. And his series of events were some of wild fashion week after-parties and on that Jay Strut certainly delivered.
