Canada’s National Ballet School’s annual fundraising gala was held on March 4, 2016 where over 600 guests, dancers and friends of NBS were immersed in a fantastical world of steampunk.

I’ve mentioned before that one of my absolute favourite restaurants is Gusto 101 in the King West area. Great Italian cuisine and easy drinking wine on tap for a dollar an ounce.

So when the opportunity came up to work at my dining destination of choice, obviously I couldn’t pass it up, especially when it’s to preview the tastes of Gusto 54’s expansion to Venice, Los Angeles, naturally with Gusto’s new Chef Evan Funke from LA.

I wasn’t planning to do a post on the TOM* FW opening party this time as we’ve been pretty busy with paid photo gigs (thank you clients, we love you!) but since people have kept asking here’s a few of our photos from the opening party at Maison Mercer on February 22nd to kick off another popular bi-annual Toronto Men’s Fashion Week for Fall Winter 2016.

It’s big and it’s really bright. You can’t miss the new white exterior facade at the corner of Yonge and Dundas. The unveiling of the new look of the Canadian H&M flagship store arrived to much fanfare.

It was like being in a Coca-Cola commercial complete with cocktails in glass cola bottles, food and lots of smiles. The “Taste the Feeling” campaign launch was celebrated on Feb 9th for a multi-sensory experience as the occasion took over the Fermenting Cellar in the Distillery District.

Celebrating young professionals and the YP life, the latest edition of the annual Notable Awards hosted by our friends at Notable.ca was bigger and better than ever.
