You may be familiar with Playa Cabana Cantina, Hacienda, La Libre, Barrio Coreano, and Cocina Economica already, but with the launch of this 8 month project, the theme of Cafeteriá is more close to home and focused on different regions of their Mexican heritage in a formal manner.

August 5th was a beautiful day in Toronto; a perfect summer day to visit La Société to check out their new Le Cocktail menu. The restaurant would be introducing five new cocktails, the creations of sommelier, cocktail designer, and mixologist Kyle Stefanato.

2015 marks the 200th anniversary of Laphroaig Islay Single Malt Scotch, and to celebrate, we attended a private whisky tasting at Byblos in Toronto’s entertainment district on June 11th.
