In celebration of 5 years of Lou Dawgs BBQ at King West, I got to participate (and by participate I mean eat to my heart’s content) in the showcase of new “Big Dawg” menu offerings featuring their take on the best of Southern comfort food and libations.

On April 17th, we were treated to 2 choices of signature Perrier cocktails at the trendy, newish Bloke and 4th at King West.  Cocktail No. 01 (Tangerine Mojito) was Bacardi rum-based and featured a whole, peeled tangerine dipped in liquid nitrogen. Lou Dawg’s at King West invited the public to celebrate their 3rd year with the help of New Orleans big band Irene Torres and the Sugar Devils.  Appreciative customers were treated to Executive Chef Sean Smith’s famous jambalaya and samples of Fireball whiskey and swag.  Not a bad way to spend a Sunday night!
